These friendly and shy felines are among a group of 11 we received from the 200+ Houston surrender. Now, they eagerly await their new forever homes -- could you be the perfect match?

Homes with young children and/or dogs will not be the best match for Bamboo as she slowly adjusts to life alongside humans. Bamboo is one of the shy girl from this group of kitties so she will need a quiet home so she is able to adjust to a live on her own. Bamboo has been spayed now is becoming more friendly to staff and volunteers and is feeling more confident in the shelter environment.

Visit the BC SPCA Victoria Center to potentially view this pet and apply to adopt in person; OR

Submit an online application and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit.

Due to the high number of applications, we will only be contacting potential matches to further review their interest.

PLEASE NOTE that some animals may not be available for public viewing due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kittens are not available for viewing as they are often in foster homes for health & safety reasons. We strongly recommend interested parties submit an application using the above the link to arrange a potential meet and greet.

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday. 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting!

Animals cannot be held for potential adopters for more than 24 hours without a legitimate reason.
