A Little Bit About Me

Teddy has been with us for a while now (over 160 days!), he is still hopeful he'll find the right furever home soon!

He is looking for an experienced confident home that will continue working on his obedience training, and do some desensitizing to new situations and environments with him. Teddy doesn't understand that jumping up isn't acceptable when he's so big, but we are currently working with him on learning to change that. Because of this, older children in the home is best suited for him, as he could push down younger children.

Teddy loves other dogs, with the right friends he loves to play, but he can be a bit rough with his play at times. And with the dogs that tell him enough is enough Teddy respects them, and will just hang around with them.

Thank you for your interest in adopting! Do you think you could be Teddy's person? Apply today!

Friendly tip: If you're looking for a surefire way to make your application to stand out, consider telling us a little bit about yourself in the "anything else you'd like us to know?" section! What brought you to adopt? Have you had any previous pets? What makes you the perfect match for this animal? Write as little or as much as you'd like!
