Viewable in Shelter: No, in fosterMeet Kiya!Kiya is a one in a million dog. She came to us very overweight, with joint and leg issues. Even though she was in pain, she was still one of the happiest, most affectionate dogs we have met in a long time. She really is everyone's best friend. She is a little fish who loves to swim, which is perfect since she cannot walk as much as she would like right now while we figure out what is going on with her legs. Kiya has no sense of personal space and will happily follow you from room to room, always right by your side. This senior girl went without proper care for far too long and deserves to live the rest of her life pain free, surrounded by as much love as she gives to everyone around her.***Thank you for your interest in adopting! Do you think you could be Kiya's person? Apply today!TIP: To aid our team in making the best match possible, applicants are encouraged to write a little bit about themselves when prompted.https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/dog-pre-adoption-questionnaire/The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only.
